When picking up reserved items at the counter, always inspect the condition, authenticity, and functionality of your item before completing payment.
Use Your 6-Character Verification Code
When collecting your reserved item, present your unique 6-character verification code from your Activity tab to the merchant counter to confirm your pickup.
Report Issues to Admins
If you encounter inappropriate behavior, fake merchandise, or policy violations, use the Report button on any listing or profile. Our admin team investigates all reports promptly.
