Configure Your Store Profile & Location

Enter your store name, business email, phone number, operating hours for each day of the week, and select your verified street address.

Click "Launch Store"

Your unique storefront URL (e.g. gemvi.ca/seller?id=your-store) is created immediately. You are automatically upgraded to a Store Owner!

Once your store is launched, you gain immediate access to your Inventory Manager (/seller/inventory.html) and Add Item tool (/seller/listanitem.html):

What Requires Approval? Getting the Verified Badge

The Verified Store Badge (Commerce Vérifié)

While anyone can launch a store immediately, obtaining the official green Verified Store Badge requires a quick administrative check of your physical storefront.

Once you have listed your initial stock, you can head to Store Verification (/seller/verifystore.html) to request your official badge. Our admin team will verify your physical location within 24 hours.

Fulfilling In-Store Pickups

Gemvi is built for local, transparent pickup transactions:

A customer finds your item and reserves it for pickup within 48 hours.
They receive a secure 6-character verification code in their Activity tab.
They visit your store counter, show their code, and pay you directly.
In your Activity tab (/activity.html), you click "Mark Picked Up & Sold".
